Since I was very young, I was very much into royal aesthetic, always fascinated with the gowns, the dancing balls and the exquisite tiaras. So there's no surprise I binge watched all episodes of Bridgerton season 2 in one day. I loved the story, as well as the decorations, dresses, makeup and vibe overall.
That's why I decided to do a Bridgerton inspired photo session in my studio, Wonderland Studio Basel. I started searching for either Kate or Edwina Sharma, in the hope of finding a model with similar features. Thanks to a Tik Tok video I made, many girls wrote back so I could decide on the best option, which was Denusha. I felt like she had features with both Sharma sisters so I was really looking forward to see her transformation.
I started planning the photo session with her and I choose the pink dress to match her skin tone, as well as rose gold tiara with earrings and necklace. Makeup & hair styling was made by Andrea Palko and the transformation was complete. I love the results and how the decorations of my studio could be used in creating this beautiful concept.
