Hi, I’m Raluca – photographer, storyteller and your personal memory-maker based in Basel, Switzerland. With over 10 years of experience and more than 400 photoshoots, I focus on creating beautiful images while making sure you feel comfortable and at ease during the process.
My journey began with a love for storytelling through fairytale images and it has blossomed into a mission to create artful photos and videos for my clients, either with a family photoshoot, a personal branding session or content creation for social media. After moving to Basel in 2021, photography helped me connect with people, focusing on empowering women and helping them see themselves as their own inspiration.

In 2019, I started "The Fairytale Photo Experience", a movement dedicated to women of all ages, shapes, cultures and nationalities. My goal is to show every woman is beautiful in her own way and deserves to feel like a queen. There is so much beauty in embracing who you are and putting that energy into a creative photo session with wonderful results.
Since then I photographed over 100 women in the most beautiful Swiss location following various creative concepts. Seeing them regaining self-love and blossom in front of my lens is what gives me purpose and passion in life. It's a beautiful thing to be a part of and I'm grateful for each person who decides to create beautiful memories with me.

I’m usually a very insecure person and don’t like it when others photograph me, but Raluca helped me to overcome that 🙂 She’s really nice and talented! She helped out with the dresses, location and accessories. During shootings I felt kind of lost while posing so she stepped in and helped me out which was super nice!
It was the first time for me that I have done a photoshoot with my 2 poodles and it was an amazing experience! Raluca is very calm, patient and professional. It was just perfect for my poodles and for me. She made me and my dogs look so beautiful and magical like a fairytale. I love the pictures so much!
I had the opportunity to have a shooting with the amazing Raluca. Even though it was cold (-5 and windy), she was amazing she took great care of me with hot tea and a lot of warming up breaks. I felt very good and safe with her. She knows what she's doing and she's just amazing. I really felt like a true dark queen. Already looking forward for a next shooting with her.
I treated myself to this experience for my birthday. The atmosphere was incredible! The studio is located in Basel and the shooting area is tastefully decorated and totally in keeping with the theme. The photographer was lovely and made me feel completely at ease. No need to know how to pose, she will guide you! She is also quick to send completed photos which is great having already had to wait several months with other professionals. Once I received the photos I was even able to ask her for additional retouching which she gladly did. I therefore recommend this photographer! I don't speak a lot in English but just go there it was amazing!

I was delighted to do a winter shoot with Raluca. I was very satisfied by the end and I found it very valuable that we were able to discuss a lot about the shoot beforehand and that I was able to express my wishes. I also went to the studio first to try on the dresses. On the day of the shooting it was rather cold but, Raluca & Team looked after me with tea & gloves. I'm looking forward to booking a shoot in spring or summer soon!
The experience of a shoot with Raluca Antuca is magical. That's the word: Magic. She has this unique gift of transforming a dream into magnificent photos. She invents a world/a character and captures all the magic. In my eyes, his photos are poetry made into photography. Plus, I find Raluca to be a lovely person. She is respectful and very caring. Raluca is an amazing photographer! I booked a shooting for 2 of my best friends since they always have been there for me and are sometimes complaining about their looks. So I decided to gift them this shoot since they are in my opinion gorgeous and the pictures that came out were really showing it. She coached them amazingly through the shoot and was very understanding to all my questions. Her dresses and Jewelry were just absolutely stunning and us 3 couldn't get enough of it! I was able to book each of them shoots for them alone and then one of them together. Through each of the shoots she coached them and I was allowed to help her out with the backstage pictures and contents:) I enjoyed her company a lot and can only recommend her shoots! It's the first professional Photoshoot I was present at and I really can't imagine anything she could have done better!

Had a post-wedding photoshoot with Raluca in Switzerland during my honeymoon. Discovered her on TikTok and was drawn to her unique concept. I quickly emailed her expressing my interest, and the entire online communication and planning process went smoothly. I've always been a fan of fantasy literature and media, ever since I was little, so it's always been a dream of mine to have some sort of photoshoot like this. Working with Raluca was one of my favorite experiences in my trip to Switzerland! I simply sent her my concept, and she helped me conceptualize everything with props, dress, location, etc. I felt very comfortable working with her in the photoshoot itself. She helped direct my posing and always gave suggestions, and she also listened to any suggestions I might have. The experience itself was absolutely magical—I felt like I was in a book the whole time. I would work with her again if I ever had the chance.
